We are seeking a dedicated and motivated part-time Production Assistant with sewing experience to join our team at our East Nashville Studio. The ideal candidate will have sewing knowledge, eagerness to learn industrial machines, and fluency in English. We are willing to train the right person, and we're looking for someone that's conscientious, trustworthy, and pays attention to the details to ensure our products and customer experience are the highest in our industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines.
- Assist in the production process by cutting, sewing, and assembling guitar straps.
- Ensure the final product meets our design specifications.
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety guidelines.
- Independently manage making, packing, and shipping orders.
Requirements:
- Basic sewing skills and willingness to learn industrial machines.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills and flexibility.
- Ability to commute to our East Nashville Studio.
