We ship any order in the US for free via the USPS. We'll email you a tracking number and all you have to do is look out for the USPS truck.
We'll ship anywhere internationally. Just select your preferred carrier during checkout on our website. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in your country. Original Fuzz cannot predict these types of costs and you'll be responsible for any fees or taxes incurred. If you choose to reject the import we'll fund you the cost of the strap less the shipping and handling charges we incurred for attempting to send to you.
We don't typically offer rush shipping, but send us an email if you really need something rushed and we'll see what we can do.
Did you change your mind about a purchase? Don't worry, you can exchange it or get a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you haven't used the product. Because of the artisan nature of the textiles we use, some of our patterns might never be produced again, so if you'd like to exchange that item, you'll have to pick from what's available. Just contact us and let us know what you'd like to do. We'll follow up and send you a return shipping label.
Because of prohibitive shipping costs we cannot offer exchanges for international orders, but we'd be happy to refund your order if you're not happy with it and would like to return it.
If the order is incorrect, the item is defective, or your product breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will make it right. Email us at email@example.com or call us at 904-701-8204 to let us know your issue.
