Whew! On Saturday, July 8th we threw a party at our workshop next to the fairgrounds in Nashville—our first annual Fuzz Fest. It was hot, but the day couldn't have gone smoother. We had a killer lineup featuring fourteen bands, many local to Nashville—Nadir Bliss, The Minks, Billy Bennett's Middle Tennessee Post-Modern Experimental Pop Band, Coco Reilly, Joey Kneiser & the Living Flames, Erin Rae & The Meanwhiles, Chrome Pony, Liz Cooper & The Stampede, Parker Gispert, Ornament, Ian Ferguson, T. Hardy Morris, The Nude Party, and Western Medication.
We couldn't have done it without so much help. Thank you to everyone that played and made this thing happen. Be sure to check out this month's episode of our podcast to hear recordings of some of our favorite performances that day. We'll see you next year.
