Duke’s

Duke’s has become the perfect mid-afternoon to late-night hangout spot that all of East Nashville has been searching for. Modeled after its “brother bar,” Clem’s in Brooklyn, Duke’s is host to the ultimate libation combinations, The Patriot (a shot of Four Roses and a cold-ass Coors) and The Federale (a shot of Sauza and a cold-ass Tecate ) for less than 2 tanks of gas, as well as the best cuban sandwich (made by a bunch of white kids) around.
There’s a dj playing vinyl deep cuts daily from every genre of every decade and everything else in between. Be sure to stop in and thank Joey and Sara for opening up your new favorite bar, and perhaps for orchestrating the meeting of your next boyfriend. Just remember one rule, no dancing.
